What's included in the starting price?

How does payment work?
50% to book the project in, 25% when the main website is ready for your review, and 25% before launch or handover.

Do I need to have my content ready?

Will I rank on Google?
We build on sensible SEO foundations — page titles, headings, structure and relevant business information — but nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings, so we don't.
Do I own the website?
It's your website. Wherever practical, your domain, hosting and important third-party business accounts stay in your ownership, and we hand over the access you need. Third-party software, licences and subscriptions remain subject to their own providers' terms.
What about hosting and domain costs?
Those are paid to the provider, not to us, and they're ongoing. We'll tell you the realistic annual cost before you commit so there are no surprises.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of post-launch support for issues relating to our work. New pages, functionality, content or design changes are separate work, and a Website Care plan is available if you'd like ongoing help.
Can I add more later?
Yes. Extra pages, features and improvements can be added whenever you're ready — that's part of the reason we build sites you can grow into.
