The A$220 block does not guarantee that every website problem can be repaired within one hour. We’ll never carry out additional chargeable work without discussing it with you first.

Appropriate website access is usually required — we’ll tell you exactly what and why
Where possible, create a separate BlueGinger user or collaborator account rather than sharing your personal master password
Before significant changes, we want an appropriate backup or recovery option available where applicable
You can remove our access whenever you like

We Stand Behind Our Work

If a problem is caused by work we completed, we’ll put our work right without charging you again.

If a later problem is caused by something outside our work — another person’s changes, hosting problems, third-party services or later software updates — we’ll explain the situation before carrying out additional chargeable work.

Common Questions

How much do website fixes cost?

Clearly defined standalone fixes start from A$165. Larger lists are quoted up front so you know the cost before we begin.

What if you don’t know what’s causing the problem yet?

Some issues need investigating first. In that case we use the A$220 Diagnostic & Work Block, which covers up to one hour of professional investigation and work. If we can reasonably and safely fix the problem in that time, we will. If more work is required, we stop, explain what we’ve found and give you the cost before carrying out any additional chargeable work.

Is the A$220 credited toward the fix?

No. The A$220 pays for up to one hour of investigation and work in its own right, and it isn’t credited toward later work. It also doesn’t guarantee that every website problem can be repaired within that hour.

Do you work on WordPress and Wix?

Yes — those are our two specialities. We can usually help with other platforms too, so ask.

How quickly can you help?

It depends on what else is booked. If something is genuinely urgent, say so and we’ll tell you honestly what we can do.

Do you need access to my website?

Usually yes, for the site itself and sometimes the hosting. Where possible, set up a separate user account for us rather than sharing your own master password, and we’ll want an appropriate backup or recovery option in place before significant changes.

What if the website is too far gone to fix?

We’ll say so. Sometimes patching an old site costs more than replacing it, and we’d rather point you to a Transformation or a new build than take your money for a losing battle.

Can you fix a website someone else built?

Almost always. Most of our fix work is on sites built by someone else — including sites the original builder has disappeared from.

What if something goes wrong later?
